Needless to say this festive event offer the children a joyful corner too. As the juniors come in they would receive magical gifts: Mid-Autumn hats, sculpted vegetables, and more! They will enjoy Salted Plum and Ambarella sorbet, created with love for the kids in all of us. They will then discover special
goodies just like in the old days - little flower puppies, cakes and pastries of wonderful colors! All await them to discover!
The seniors will have a relaxing night as music weaves into the dinner, giving a pace to the culinary performances, and then softens as the evening progresses. Towards the end one could feel the quietude of the night draping around. Leaving the festive night everyone would receive a gift, a bamboo basket with selective pastry desserts. Every festive occasion deserves a sweet note, and sweet it shall be!
A festive event to celebrate healthy vegetarian cuisine, Autumn Moon wishes to also be a time for family gatherings, to share with each other a warm dinner as well as the beauty of Vietnamese vegetarian culture. Mid-Autumn in agriculture tradition is after harvest time, thus implying hopes for a prosperous future.
